Our Story
Holland Logistics, Inc. has a rich history dating back to 1907 when it was founded as Holland Brothers. Over the years, we have evolved from a humble drayage service to a leading name in logistics and supply chain management, serving the Southeastern United States and beyond. Now, as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we are committed to delivering exceptional logistics solutions under the ownership of the Kleinhenz Family, with Mark Kleinhenz as the majority owner.
1907: Founded by S.R. Holland as Holland Brothers Trucking with a team of horses and a drayage wagon.
1912: W.R. Holland joins as a partner, and the company grows to seven wagons and teams of horses.
1915: Introduction of the first trucks, replacing horse-drawn wagons.
1964: Incorporated as Holland Transfer Company on July 28, 1964.
1986: Relocation to the current facility with a 90,000 square foot warehouse and trucking terminal.
1998: Acquired by Jeff Harvey, leading to significant expansion.
2002: Launch of Holland Transportation Management Services (TMS), providing non-asset-based 3PL logistics and trucking brokerage solutions.
2004: Spin-off of Holland Transportation Management Services, Inc.
2007: Establishment of Statesville Distribution Services, Inc.
2007: Celebrated the 100-year anniversary of the company.
2007: Holland HTMS ranked on Inc. 500 as one of America’s fastest growing privately held companies.
2011: Formation of Global Vision Group, Inc. through the acquisition of Evox USA, expanding international shipping capabilities.
2015: Holland TMS wins the Torch Award for Ethics
2023: Acquired by the Kleinhenz Family under Kleinhenz Holdings, Inc. and transitioned into a SDVOSB.
2024: Rebrand into Holland Logistics, Inc. (“Holland Logistics”) from Kleinhenz Holdings, Inc. and the four operating companies (Holland Transfer Company, Holland Transportation Management Services, Inc., Statesville Distribution Services, Inc., and Global Vision Group, Inc.).
